    Alpha Pi

Welcome to the official web page of the Alpha Pi chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho!  This chapter has had a presence at the University of Arizona since colonization in 1958.  Arizona's strong history in agriculture has led to rich programs in research, development, and extension locally and abroad.

As members of this agricultural community, the men of Alpha Pi are committed to the betterment of the food, fiber and life sciences.  Our alumni have careers spanning broad swaths of agriculture, horticulture, economics, and business.  The average alumnus might wear a suit and tie, or boots and Stetson on a daily basis.  With this range of experience in the organization, we can help with development of professional and vocational skills for businessmen, cattlemen, farmers, researchers, and a whole gamut other positions.

Along with our continuing investments in agriculture, the men of Alpha Pi are devoted to making strong friendships and socializing with Wildcats from all walks of life.  We cultivate brotherhood by sharing our hobbies (shooting, barbequeing, hiking, and whatever else suits our fancy), relaxing at the house, and working together on making our chapter awesome.

This website is here to inform you of our chapter's activities, active members and alumni, and the history and heritage of Alpha Gamma Rho.  If you are interested in joining, please visit our page for prospective members.
